A 5,000% Increase

Earlier this year, Rich Brooks wrote an e-newsletter (Flyte Log) called, “HOW I INCREASED MY EMAIL SIGNUP RATE BY 5,000%…AND HOW YOU CAN TOO.”

Naturally, with such an intriguing title, I was curious. So I read his article. In a nutshell, he explains that in order for people to sign up on your email list, you have to give them something. In his case, he gives access to his free download section including a book called, “The 11 Biggest Mistakes Small Business Bloggers Make.”

The article had me thinking about how I ended up on Rich’s email list. His offer worked on me, because I signed up wanting his “11 Mistakes” article!
